Another top quality PC delivered next day. This one was unused so perfect condition and has full on-site warranty but at a significant discount. Be aware, you might need to learn another language for initial setup - mine was italian in order to get to the point i could reset it and start with english - minor inconvenience and definitely worth it

Product arrived faulty and no response when trying to get in contact
Ordered quite a few times as they have a great range of Office PC supplies. We had an Issue with one of our deliveries, Had a call from Karen and she was able to resolve our issue, Customer service was great in the end. The next time we need office supplies we will be coming back.
Still providing an excellent service 6 years on...
This is the second time I have bought a "as new, never used" laptop from EuroPC. Excellent service on both occasions, proved to be quick, efficient and helpful. First i7 laptop still go strong after 6-7 years, the second is immaculate in condition and should hopefully last as long as the first. Nice to see standards have not dropped over the years. Thanks to all at EuroPC keep up the good work.
